The Solar Star by Solatube is a solar powered attic fan that pays for itself. The solar panel on the fan operates a direct wired DC motor. When the sun is out the fan is operating. It has a whisper quiet motor that costs you nothing to operate.

 

The Solar Star is $599.00 + tax installed for either the roof mount or the gable fan. If you need an additional solar panel it is $299.00 + tax installed.

 

If you would like to install the fan yourself, it is $499.00 and the additional panel is $249.00.
